Managing Director
Former Commandant General of the Royal Marines, commanded the UK’s Amphibious Force and led the UK’s maritime counter terrorism force. 33 years’ experience in maritime security and military information superiority. MD of CyberPrism since December 2019, specialising in software and client services for the protection of Operational Technology.

Keith Chappell

Technical Director
With over 30 years of experience in IT and OT, including Critical National Infrastructure, both onshore and offshore, as well as shipping (workboats through to cruise ships). Keith is a Chartered Cyber Security Professional and was one of the very few to hold the CCP qualification CESG (GCHQ) Certified Professional at the highest Level, ‘CCP Lead Cyber Security and Information Assurance Auditor’, is a licensed penetration tester, a Fellow of the BCS, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security and holds multiple OT specific and IT qualifications including IEC/ISA 62443 Expert and CISSP.

David has led critical cyber security, functional safety, and control systems initiatives across several energy sectors, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership.

Shaun McGarva

OT Cyber Security Solutions Manager
With 16 years of diverse experience across Oil and Gas, Renewables, Marine, and Automotive, Shaun has built a strong track record in design, project delivery, tendering, and procurement. Over the past decade, he has focused on sales and business development, supported by a Diploma in Professional Sales.

A maritime engineer with 35 years’ experience in energy, maritime and tech sectors from start-up to IPO. Chris co-founded IPCO International, a Singapore based global Maritime and Energy Infrastructure development group. As CEO he grew the business from start-up to US$100m turnover and an IPO on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
