The Scottish Forces in Business Awards

February 7, 2026

Last week, we attended the Scottish Forces in Business Awards, an important event celebrating veterans in their second careers, and the businesses that support the transition of those who have served.

Our Managing Director, Major General Martin Smith, former Commandant General of the Royal Marines, was proud to help judge the awards, not an easy task given the outstanding nominees.

Members of our team also attended the event and had the opportunity to sit alongside inspiring individuals and hear first-hand about the value and transferable skills veterans bring to business.
